She sent a photo of her mother holding my creation, so sweet, don’t you think?

Helping others create words of love and communicate in a different and timeless way is the best feeling. Mihad Ali Creations is on the way to helping clients all over the globe!

Apologies I’ve neglected Poetic Insight for a little bit. I will try to post at least twice a month from now on (or more). Since April, there have been so many apparent mistakes  but out of it has come so many beautiful changes.

My soy candle line has a new ( and officially trademarked) name: Radiant Romance. I am still in the testing stages with regards to colour and scents, for you, gorgeous men and women. I never imagined heat can change a smell of a oil so much! It is all a learning process. From mind to execution things change a lot! I hope to shoot either a print editorial or a commercial in the coming months.

I am still working on my fourth poetry book “Love and Atrocities”. As you might have read on my Facebook Fan page (http://www.facebook.com/macreate) I thought it might be a nice idea to have you, my fans, submit your poems and I will include them in a chapter in the book. They can be your interpretation of the title of the book or not.

My website was hacked recently but thankfully it is up although still a few tweaks to make until it will be finished.

My candle line is slowly coming along. The name of the line will be Romantic Radiance. Romantic Radiance is a 100% soy, hand-poured candle line exclusively for all the romantics out there!

My 4th book “Love and Atrocities” will be coming out by the end of the year as well. It is the 1st poetry book from “The Love Collection”. Maybe a book tour is in the works…who knows.

Sorry haven’t been blogging lately. Will do that more this year.

I’ll be launching a line of candles soon. The first product is a massage oil & candle in one. So far there are 2 scents: Rose & Vanilla for us gals and Sandalwood & Vanilla for you guys. In the early stages- still deciding on names and colours.

This year on Twitter there is Tutorial Tuesdays (  @malicreations starting tomorrow) where I give you tips to write that perfect message for your loved one.  Also join me for Wedding Wednesday. On WW I help answer all those wedding questions. Not sure what gift to give your lover on their birthday, anniversary etc.

On Facebook take a peek at our Facebook Fridays (FF). I give you romantic & poetic tips for your weekend!

I’m also getting VIP cards ready, but they have been taking a while. How to get one, you ask? Easy!  Spend $600 in 2 months ( this is do-able, who isn’t at a special occasion at least once a month?) refer a friend who becomes a client and the card is yours. Wondering what you get? How does 10% off EVERY purchase sound? There will be more surprises on the way…

Some changes on the site have taken place, sadly I’ve had to close the MAC store. Hopefully I will be able to bring you new products one day in the near future.  There will be beginner poetry tips up soon and a chat feature where you can chat with me in real time!

Hoping there will be a Facebook only promotion soon. Do you have any ideas for polls or contests?

One of the things I can now tell you is that there will be VIP cards coming soon.  Who really doesn’t want to be a VIP and be treated like royalty…Prince anyone? I have a few ideas on how to get this to work but not giving anything away yet.  I’d love to hear/read your comments. Any opinions on this especially for my overseas clients? What do you like about other VIP programs?

Lots of things are happening with MAC which is why I’m busy and haven’t posted in a while. Look out for the MAC newsletter coming very very soon into your inboxes…some interesting news this month. For those of you who are curious, sign up is at the bottom of the page. You can unsubscribe anytime.

If you go to mihadali.com you will notice a brand new simplified, more refined website. It is miles away from the old one.  It is still being updated with minor changes but I will let you know when it is finished.

As soon as the site is finished there will be a promotion-get this 40% off one of the poetic packages (not sure which one yet!)  40%- who doesn’t want a steal in this economy. There is a catch- it will be for the first 15 people only. They will go fast…believe me.

What I still can’t believe is that I am doing something that I love for a living. A lot of you know what I mean when I say that.
